"Last
year my parents and I had the dubious task of selecting a homebuilder for their very first "from-the-groud-up" new
home. It was daunting, and more than a little bit scary, given all the horror stories our well-meaning friends had shared
with us regarding their experiences in similar circumstances.
We did our homework as best
we knew how and approached a selection of a builder with great trepidation.
We chose RCOT
because they were a hometown builder, the price was reasonable, and the previous RCOT buyers we checked with were content
with their homes and their experiences with the company.
Of course the building of the
home i.e. getting the right permits, and on and on did not go without glitches. One could not expect to be involved in such
an endeavor without some problems along the way. But Denver, the project supervisor, and everyone at RCOT were so accommodating
in fixing everything that needed to be fixed in a timely manner without complaint. For that we are greatful!
My parents have been in their new home for several months now and are pleased in every way, especially for
the energy efficient construction that has allowed the utility bills to be far lower than we ever expected."
